App Store Purchase
Purchases made through the Apple App Store (including in-app purchases) must be refunded directly through Apple. Apple’s privacy and security policies limit access to App Store billing and account information to Apple only, so we’re unable to view, manage, or issue refunds for these purchases.

Little Bee Store Purchase
If you purchased through the Little Bee Store (Stripe checkout within the application or on our website), refund requests must be submitted directly to Little Bee Speech. We'll review all refund requests according to our refund policy and can only process refunds for purchases made through the Little Bee store.
How to know where you purchased from
1. Subscription Management Screen
From the home screen of your Hive application:
Tap your user profile icon > Manage subscription > Manage your subscription
You will be taken to the subscription settings screen that you purchased from (Apple or Little Bee Store).
2. Email receipt
When you purchase a Little Bee Hive subscription through Apple or through the Little Bee Store you receive an email receipt. Check your email and look for the receipt. The receipt will show whether you purchased through Apple or the Little Bee Store.
Hint: search for Little Bee Receipt or Apple Articulation Receipt in your email.
